Timeline for the Second Phase of Genshin Impact
Phase II will release on live servers on August 2nd, bringing the Pyro specialist Yoimiya and the ability to access the Golden Apple archipelago to gather Primogems and other resources. In addition, the schedule for the rollout of banners is as follows for Phase 2:

Yoimiya Rerun's "Tapestry of Golden Flames" banner
Most players are looking forward to this event because it will introduce the popular Yoimiya Pyro character and provide a means for them to obtain the Yoimiya rerun banner. Only Yoimiya, a 5-star character, will be present at the event, with Bennett, Xinyan, and Yun Jin joining him as 4-stars.

Epitome Invocation event -Thundering Pulse & Summit Shaper banner

Evermotion Mechanical Painting, running from August 12th through the 22nd, is the last event featured in Genshin Impact's V2.8 Phase II. To participate in this event, players must, like the last one, be ranked 18 or higher and have completed the Prologue: Act III - Song of the Dragon and Freedom. In this scenario, players must aid Félix Yogue, a court official from Fontaine, in repairing some broken Mechanical Painting Parts. Primogems, furniture, Hero's Wit, Materials for Elevating Weapons, and Mora are all up for grabs at the end of the quest.
